Your details, kept simple.

Who I am

Foren Web is run by Andrew, a web designer based in Sligo, Ireland. You can reach me on WhatsApp or Instagram.

What this website collects

Nothing is stored on this website. There are no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The price calculator and the free review form only prepare a message for you. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself in WhatsApp or Instagram.

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you; it only shows totals like how many people visited and which pages they opened.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.

When you message me

If you contact me on WhatsApp or Instagram, I see your name, your number or username and what you send. I use it only to reply to you and to do the work you ask for. I never sell or share it for marketing. WhatsApp and Instagram are run by Meta, and their own privacy policies apply to those apps.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, I delete our conversation within 12 months. If we do, I keep what's needed for your project and for my business records, and no longer than the law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it. Just send me a message. If you're not happy with how I handle your data, you can contact Ireland's Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
